A Sunday playlist: Ok, so for the first time, I made a playlist: for the first Sunday of the year
A Sunday watch: The Golden Globes (putting my Paramount+ subscription to good use once a year lol)
Ok enough of that.
Happy 2025 my friends and readers, what do you wish for?
I hope you’re taking the time to hope and to dream today
This week, I share with you my ins and outs for 2025
IN
Trying something new
speaking up
opinions as opinions, not fact
expressing myself in clothes
not following trends
quality art, not quantity
Matcha (as a coffee drinker at selective times, duh)
making mistakes (because at least we’re making something!)
balancing life and work
supporting and encouraging friends with meeting their goals
driving (because I don’t know how to drive!! not because pollution is in!)
practice, getting better at a skill, experimenting
movement (yes I will be taking dance classes this year)
changing my voice if I want to
facial expressions
good health
romance
making money (because I don’t want to feel stuck) …being resourceful!! resources are all around us
learning the context
education
being (okay with being) wrong
award season / being proud of accomplishments!!
studying, we’re studying this year
being different (“don’t be a sheep” / doing what I picture/hear in my head)
OUT
being a sheep
always being quiet
overthinking
overworking
looking cool all the time
making good impressions all the time (exhausting! and I value rest)
not asking questions
debt
jealousy
following a standard
following the rules
saying something and not doing it (this will be a hard one for me, but we’re seeing action in 2025! we love action!)
following trends (lol Pinterest mood boards have made me salty)
laziness
telling stories in one format (we’re unlimited!)
being stuck
not having ideas (we’re unlimited!)
being creatively safe
in and out lists
Something I’m thinking about:
How do I not forget everything I hope for at the beginning of the year?
Something that inspires me:
I went to see an Olafur Eliasson exhibition on Friday and was inspired by his use of reflective surfaces, light, and nature to manipulate a small space.
Our reality can be manipulated…changed. May that inspire your manifestations this year.

A quote:
“I want to expose and evaluate the fact that the seeing and sensing process is a system that should not be taken for granted as natural - it's a cultivated means of reality production that, as a system, can be negotiated and changed.
— Olafur Eliasson
